**Outrage as Illegal Immigrant Accused of Rape Walks Free, Highlights Serious Failings in Immigration Enforcement**

In a startling revelation, an illegal migrant has been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after allegedly raping a pre-teen in Nantucket—a case that underscores the severe failures of the Biden administration's immigration policies.

Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo, a 28-year-old from El Salvador, was allowed to walk free on bail despite facing serious allegations of sexual assault against a child in July.

Reports indicate that local authorities failed to notify ICE when Aldana-Arevalo was released, allowing him to remain in the community for over a month until federal agents were finally alerted and able to apprehend him.

“This man represents a significant danger to children in our Massachusetts communities,” said Todd M. Lyons, Director of ICE's Boston Field Office.

Lyons emphasized that ICE would continue prioritizing the safety of the public by removing noncitizen offenders from neighborhoods.

This troubling incident is not an isolated case. Under the current administration, the surge of migrants crossing the border has drastically increased, with over 1.7 million known to have entered the U.S. without proper documentation.

Many local jurisdictions, including Nantucket, do not officialize themselves as “sanctuary” cities but often practice similar policies by neglecting to report criminal migrants to immigration authorities. This has resulted in numerous cases of dangerous individuals being free to roam within their communities.

In addition to Aldana-Arevalo, other migrants have evaded capture after being charged with violent crimes, raising alarming concerns over public safety. The trend seen under the Biden-Harris administration reveals significant vulnerabilities in the nation’s border security and immigration policies.

Conservative voices are calling for immediate action and accountability from those in power. It is increasingly clear that current policies are endangering innocent lives and prioritizing protection for criminals rather than safeguarding citizens.

As the country grapples with these issues, the need for a strong, reliable border policy has never been more pressing. The safety of American families must come first, and it’s time for a thorough reassessment of the current administration’s approach to immigration enforcement.
