Gottlieb argued that Trump, with no history of violent offenses, should not be stripped of his Second Amendment rights, citing the need for reform in gun rights legislation.

Should SAF proceed with legal action against the NYPD, they are well-equipped with experience, having numerous active cases and successful outcomes in the U.S. Supreme Court.
