The report highlighted a staggering 100% approval rate for fictitious applications submitted by undercover investigators, underscoring the lack of oversight that has characterized the Affordable Care Act since its inception.
In some instances, applications were approved despite discrepancies, such as using the Social Security numbers of deceased individuals. Alarmingly, 66,000 Social Security numbers were linked to subsidized coverage, with one number being used for the equivalent of 71 years of coverage in a single plan year.
Such revelations fuel the argument that Obamacare is not only financially burdensome but also fails to deliver adequate care to those who genuinely need it.
