**Accountability: New Bill Could Hold Colleges Liable for COVID Vaccine Mandate Injuries**

In a bold move to promote accountability in higher education, Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) has introduced the "University Forced Vaccination Student Injury Mitigation Act of 2024."

This proposed federal legislation aims to hold universities responsible for medical injuries that students sustain due to COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Joining Rosendale in this effort are fellow Representatives Eli Crane (R-AZ) and Bill Posey (R-FL).

The bill seeks to ensure that institutions cover medical expenses for students experiencing serious health conditions linked to vaccine mandates, including myocarditis, pericarditis, thrombosis, and Guillain-Barre syndrome.

Rosendale underscored his position, stating, “If you are not prepared to face the consequences, you should have never committed the act.”

He stressed that educational institutions imposed these mandates despite knowing that the vaccines were not designed to prevent COVID-19 and could potentially cause significant health risks.

Support for the bill spans a range of advocacy groups, including No College Mandates, which has emerged as a crucial voice against coercive vaccination policies in higher education.

Co-founder Lucia Sinatra noted, “College students were never at risk of severe injury or death from any variant of the COVID-19 virus.”

She fired a pointed critique at universities, emphasizing that many colleges disregarded students' fundamental rights to bodily autonomy when they rolled out stringent vaccine requirements.

As of today, with the number of institutions still enforcing mandates dwindling, the focus now shifts to ensuring that colleges are held accountable for any harm their policies have caused.

The bill sends a strong message as many families continue to seek justice for the adverse effects faced by their loved ones, who were pressured into receiving vaccines under dubious health claims.

In an age where personal liberties and rights are paramount, the introduction of this legislation is a reaffirmation of the need for transparency and accountability in the realm of public health, particularly when it comes to protecting students from potentially harmful policies.

The consequences of mandatory vaccinations are every bit as important as the motives behind their implementation, and this legislative action could set a significant precedent for the future of student healthcare and institutional responsibility.
