**Disrespectful**

In a scathing indictment of Vice President Kamala Harris's absence during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s joint address to Congress, Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL) has labeled the boycott an act of anti-Semitism.

Speaking from Capitol Hill, Donalds didn’t hesitate to point out the implications of Harris’s no-show.

“It sends a clear message to Jewish Americans and highlights a serious anti-Semitism problem within the Democratic Party,” he asserted.

The Vice President’s decision to skip such a significant address, as Israel faces escalating attacks, raises eyebrows about the commitment of the current administration to our strongest ally in the Middle East.

When asked if her absence amounts to anti-Semitism, Donalds firmly responded, “Yeah, I do.”

At a time when Israel is under siege, Donalds contrasted this snub to what he considers basic decorum in political interactions.

He recalled greeting President Biden during a visit to his hurricane-ravaged district, despite their political differences, stating, “I was at the airport to greet him. Israel is under attack and they can’t greet Benjamin Netanyahu? It is so disrespectful.”

Beyond Harris’s actions, Donalds expressed confidence that Florida would remain a Republican stronghold, dismissing the idea that Harris could turn the state blue with her campaign funds and energy.

He acknowledged her background, stating, “But we’re talking about gas prices, food prices, border security, foreign policy, and all the real issues facing our country.”

As the anticipation builds ahead of the upcoming election, it seems clear that many Republicans, like Donalds, continue to prioritize strong leadership over identity politics, focusing squarely on the core issues that affect American families.

The stakes have never been higher, especially as the 2024 presidential election approaches on November 5.
