Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced on Tuesday that he will be filing a brief in the trial court in New York, demanding that they vacate the judgment and dismiss the indictment of former President Donald Trump immediately.

Bailey made the announcement during an episode of Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec, where he called the case against Trump "illegal." He stated that the evidence used in the case violated the sovereign interest the President has in performing the core functions of his office.

Bailey's announcement comes after the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling, which stated that presidents have immunity over any official acts. Bailey explained that the trial judge should have applied this immunity in the case against Trump, and that the case should have been thrown out in the first instance.

Posobiec added that the trial judge should have applied the presidential immunity in the case, and that the case should be thrown out. He stated that if the trial court does not dismiss the case against Trump, then their case at the United States Supreme Court becomes even more important.

The announcement by Bailey comes as Trump faces an assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania. The would-be assassin, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, was portrayed by the mainstream media as a well-endowed Republican. However, it was later revealed that Crooks had donated to the far-left Progressive Turnout Project and was committed to left-wing causes.

Despite the evidence of the family's political leanings, media outlets quickly pounced on the fact that Crooks was a registered Republican in order to deflect from the Left's culpability in promoting stochastic terrorism against the former president.

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden repeated the "very fine people" hoax on Monday in an interview with NBC's Lester Holt, just two days after the assassination attempt on Trump. The hoax is the false claim that Trump praised neo-Nazis who rioted in Charlottesville, Virginia, in August 2017. In fact, Trump said that the neo-Nazis should be "condemned totally."

Critics of Biden say that the hoax causes many people to hate and fear Trump, and that his constant use of the hoax has inflamed political divisions to the point of political violence.

Bailey's announcement is a significant development in the case against Trump, and it remains to be seen how the trial court will respond to his demand to vacate the judgment and dismiss the indictment.
