Former President Donald Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr., faced a troubling incident on Monday when he received a letter containing white powder and a death threat at his residence in Florida. The situation prompted the involvement of a hazmat unit and firefighters.

Reflecting on the incident, Donald Trump Jr. expressed his concern over the frequency of such occurrences, stating that it has sadly become all too common. He remarked to the Daily Caller, "It’s just become a little bit too commonplace that this sort of stuff happens." The former president's son also highlighted a perceived double standard in media coverage, suggesting that if a similar threat had been directed at a prominent Democrat, it would receive prolonged news attention and blame would be placed on Republicans.

Trump Jr. further emphasized the gravity of the situation, noting that this was not the first time he had received such threatening mail. Recalling a previous incident during his father's presidency, he lamented the impact of political animosity on society, particularly the left's disdain for his father. He reiterated that regardless of political differences, such actions were unacceptable.
