**Chaos in Our Classrooms: Students Walk Out to Protest ICE, but What Are They Really Learning?**

In a troubling display of youthful unrest, K-12 students across the United States have recently staged walkouts to protest the operations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

These so-called "ICE Out" protests have proliferated in response to incidents involving federal immigration agents. While students claim these demonstrations are about moral advocacy, the reality raises serious questions about their understanding of complex issues such as law enforcement and national security.

School districts in several states, including Texas and Virginia, have seen hundreds of students leave classrooms in coordinated walkouts, often with the support—or at least the tacit approval—of left-leaning teachers.

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt commended Mustang Superintendent Dr. Charles Bradley for taking a hard stance against truancy. This underscores the belief that while students should have the right to express themselves, skipping class to protest can have detrimental effects on their education.
