House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., on Wednesday criticized incoming President Joe Biden for offering amnesty to undocumented immigrants as part of his pathway to citizenship.

Biden reportedly plans to announce legislation on his first day in office that will provide a pathway to citizenship for millions of people who entered the United States illegally.
